Our services include training, basketball camps, scouting, recruiting, pro camps, job opportunities and resource offerings for college placement and physical training programs. Elite Sports has incorporated numerous programs to address all aspects of physical training. The following are some of the fitness elements integrated into the training platform: core and muscle strength; speed, power, agility, balance, muscle and cardiovascular endurance and flexibility; basketball skills; technique development; and nutrition.
Training sessions are made for high school age youth and interested adults with pricing options either on a monthly or weekly basis. Contact us for more information.
