THE ELITE PHILOSOPHY
One of the misconceptions in the sports training field is that athletes get in shape by just playing or taking part in their chosen sport. However, if a player desires to achieve the ELITE LEVEL of proficiency and consistent improvement, he or she must participate in a continuous and rigorous training and conditioning program. What separates Elite Sports staff from the others is knowledge and application. Anyone can memorize and recite information, but that does not provide a complete understanding of how to maximize effectiveness and, more importantly, enhance performance levels. Integrated into Elite Sport’s training is an intense training platform which includes gymnastics, yoga, modern dance, and other techniques. Every prospective athlete is in need of training for toe balancing, which improves foot quickness, jumping ability and footwork. Our training platform will assist in strengthening toes, ankles, and knees, and increase the body’s flexibility and coordination. This aspect of our training has helped to propel our athletes above the average player in their sport.

SERVicES
Our services include training, basketball camps, scouting, recruiting, pro camps, job opportunities and resource offerings for college placement and physical training programs. Elite Sports has incorporated numerous programs to address all aspects of physical training. The following are some of the fitness elements integrated into the training platform: core and muscle strength; speed, power, agility, balance, muscle and cardiovascular endurance and flexibility; basketball skills; technique development; and nutrition.
